Maureen Milliner is a native of St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands and a mature woman of Character.  She grew up in a family that exhibited a strong spiritual background with boldness, integrity, compassion, and entrepreneur aspirations. 

These characteristic traits compelled her to relocate to New York City where she developed a passion for fashion. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and she modeled and won the world model awards in New York for the Bellany Touch Kingdom Models.

As a Business woman, she has gained professional success as an Event & Catering Manager by being flexible in managing various types of businesses and personal events. Maureen became a motivational speaker for women and she is the founder of Women of Excellence Ministries and Women of Elegance Image Consulting Firm.
